Classes in Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop and House taught be CAC faculty and special guest teachers from "Dance Barn" in Langley BC

Back by popular demand, ZUMBA is here again!

   Ditch the workout and Join the Party! Infuse some fun into your fitness by shaking your hips and turning up the Latin Music. Unlike a traditional Fitness or Dance class Zumba will keep you moving while challenging your feet and your abs!

·        Burn upwards of 600 calories a class

·        Dance with your Friends - no partner required

·        Major core work

·        Learn cool new dance steps every class

·        Have Fun!

 Times and Dates:

·      Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm

 ·      Saturdays 9:30-10:30am (come for the whole hour or drop in for 30min while your child is in ballet!) 

 Rates:

$12 to drop in to a 1 hour class. $9 for a 30 min class.

$55 for 5 X 1hour sessions.

Come January 27th at 7pm and ZUMBA for charity! Pre-registration is $10, or $15 at the door. All proceeds go to support the Willow Park Church Baby Basket Program that provides new mom's in need with baby basics.
